Rising Investments: The Web3 gaming sector has attracted $19 billion in investments since 2018, with a significant $1.5 billion in 2023, highlighting a growing focus in this area.

Biggest Global Players: With 40% of the world’s Web3 game developers, the Asia Pacific region is a key player, shaping the future of Web3 gaming. Close behind, the US hosts 30% of these developers, while South Korea has made notable strides, almost doubling its share to 27%.

Genre Diversity: Investment is flowing into various genres, including Sports, MMOs, RPGs, and Action games.

👉 Interestingly, Triple-A titles represent a smaller portion of the market, at 6%.

Epic Games’ Expansion: Epic Games has significantly increased its Web3 game offerings, expanding from 2 to 69 titles, which indicates increasing interest. One of Epic Games' newest additions is Illuvium, set to debut on the Epic Games Store on November 28, marking a significant leap into mainstream gaming.

Phantom Galaxies Launch: Blowfish Studios, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, has launched 'Phantom Galaxies', a free-to-play mecha combat game, on both the Epic Games Store and its official website, with a non-Web3 version also hitting Steam.
